Pavement Rehabilitation B836 and B31
This pavement rehabilitation opportunity is for the Building 836 Area Parking Lot at Travis AFB, CA, with an option to perform the same scope of work at Building 31. The contractor must provide all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the pavement repair. The work is intended to correct identified pavement deficiencies, restore the pavement to an acceptable operational condition, and prevent continued deterioration. A recent amendment added RFI questions and answers, revised the Building 836 SOW, added an accessible parking stall layout, and incorporated Travis AFB environmental/general specifications and BMP construction site documents. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
