60 FSS Utility Task Vehicle
A single firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded for one Utility Task Vehicle (Kawasaki Ridge Crew HVAC or equal) with specific features, delivered in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This competitive acquisition is a total small business set-aside, evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis, requiring submission of a technical capability statement, pricing, and responsibility verification. Performance will be at Travis AFB, California. The anticipated award date is on or about 15 September 2026. All equipment must be new, and offerors must hold their prices firm for 60 days.
