Building 179 Access Control System Replacement and Intrusion Detection System Upgrade
The opportunity is a total small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract to replace the Lenel (Honeywell) access control system and upgrade the intrusion detection system at Building 179, Travis AFB, CA. The contractor must provide all project management, labor, materials, and equipment, using manufacturer-certified technicians and OEM parts, with new equipment only. Evaluation will be based on best value considering price, past performance (within the last three years), and technical capability. A site visit is scheduled for 26 August 2026 (not required), with a base pass request deadline of 20 August 2026. Award is anticipated on or about 15 September 2026.
