SOURCES SOUGHT – WINGS OVER SOLANO AIR SHOW TENTS, TABLES, AND CHAIRS RENTAL Travis AFB, CA 60th Contracting Squadron Travis AFB, CA Submitted 8 Jan 2026 Responses Due: 15 Jan 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time REQUIREMENT In support of the 2026 Travis AFB Wings Over Solano Airshow, event tent rentals, chairs, tables and table linens (Linens must be uniform in color/shade and shall be ALL blue or ALL black, not to be mixed) will be delivered to/installed at pre-designated locations in the Air Show Venue area (concrete surface). Locations of the tents, tables, and chairs will be given at a later date. Tables and chairs must be uniform in the color/shade of white. Tents must be uniform in the color/shade of white. Please reference the attachment titled “2026 TAFB Air Show - Tents Tables Chairs SOW Draft” for further guidance. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. This Request for Information (RFI) Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued.
