This notice is posted IAW FAR 5.203 “Publicizing and response time.” The Government intends to release a solicitation on or after 15 days from the date this notice for the requirement below. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. 2. This is a pre-solicitation notice for a design-build. The contractor (Ktr) shall provide 35%, 65%, and 100% design services and construction with labor, materials, and supervision to clear all blockages/obstructions in sanitary sewer piping and repair all sanitary sewer piping under building 665’s footprint using trenchless method (e.g. cured in place pipe lining) to repair and replace wastewater pipes. 3. The solicitation shall be publicized through the Government-wide point of entry on SAM.gov. Prospective offerors must be registered with SAM.gov. 4.
