Contractor shall field verify existing conditions and review existing as-built drawings then submit proposed repair design submittals for review and approval by the government. The ktr shall have approved drawings and submittals for all material prior to any new work or installation of equipment, including accessory items. Work shall comply with environmental laws and regulations, including abatement of any hazardous materials. Travis Air Force Base (TAFB) Specification Section 01000 and 01 56 00 have been provided for reference. Any work not specifically covered by the specifications shall comply with current governing UFC, IBC codes and industry standards. The performed tasks shall be based on the project description and other data furnished in this SOW.
