This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms, certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products. This does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. Respondents are requested to provide the following information to the listed Points of Contact: 1. Name of company representative and their business title 2. Primary NAICS, Business Size Standard, and Type of Small Business (if applicable) 3. Cage Code 4. UEI Number 5. Brief capabilities package demonstrating ability to perform the required service to include a brochure and specifications of the product and/or service being offered IAW Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1). Please limit to 5 pages or less. Any questions regarding this Sources Sought shall be submitted to the POCs listed.
