The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and qualified personnel necessary to remove old components and replace in-house, ballroom audio system with all modern components to include room audio and video combining systems, wireless microphone system, projectors, projector screens, equipment rack, associated jacks, plugs, wiring, and control points(s) and interface screens. Room loudspeakers and primary audio amplifier will not be replaced. All other components must be integrated to use existing loudspeakers and primary amplifiers.
