AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the revised Statment of Work dated 22 Jul 2025, which clarifies the requirement dates (19 Sep 2025 - 21 Sep 2025), and provides response to vendors questions. No further questions will be accepted. Travis AFB, CA requires Hotel and Conference space accommodation for a Junior Airman Retreat. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) contains a comprehensive description of the requirement. In addition, the attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Junior Airman Retreat (Hotel accommodations and Conference space) document is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and constitutes as the only solicitation, supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
