This project is design-build. The contractor (Ktr) shall provide 35% design services for the design and construction necessary for the ktr to construct a usable concrete pad and electrical distribution service that complies with NFPA, UFC, ETL, IBC codes and industry standards. Any work not specifically covered by the specifications shall comply with listed standards under Section 6 Governing Codes. The ktr shall have approved drawings and submittals for all material prior to any new work or installation of equipment, including accessory items. Work shall comply with environmental laws and regulations, including abatement of any hazardous materials. Travis Air Force Base (TAFB) Specification Section 01000 and 01 56 00 have been provided for reference. The performed tasks shall be based on the project description and other data furnished in the SOW. Please submit electronic response indicating capability to supply the aforementioned item(s) via line card or published description (no more than 3 pages) as well as POC (name, telephone # and email address) along with company’s SAM.gov UEI, and the physical location of your facility to the individuals listed within this notice. Companies should utilize the Solicitation ID number as part of the subject line in all correspondence. This is not a request for quote (RFQ) nor a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary.
