Contractor must provide professional-level accompaniment/cantoring/choir leadership: plan, organize, lead, and support Catholic music ensembles for the Sacred Liturgies of the St. Michael Catholic Community Sunday Catholic Masses (currently 0900 and 1100), Holy Days of Obligation, and Special Services. Contractor will also furnish same for special religious services (not to exceed 275 hours total including services and rehearsals during a twelve-month period). Provide non-personal services (e.g., marriages, funerals, and quinceañeras) in this capacity in support of the Catholic Parish Program. Period of Performance; Base Year and Four Option Years THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY This request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request For Quote (RFQ) or a Request For Proposal (RFP), or promise to use as a future RFQ or RFP. This request for Information(RFI) is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesss(including the following subsets, Small Diasaventaged Businesses, BUHZones Firms: Cetified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Women Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and /or services. This RFI doers not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not Currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI wil be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not prelude participation in the future RFQ, if issued.
