David Grant Medical Center at Travis AFB, California, requires 2 (two) Vulcan Hart Electric Convection Ovens, Model VC44ED, or equal, double deck electric convection ovens to be placed in the patient tray assembly area and production area to produce meals for patients and hospital staff. This is a “Brand Name or Equal” request. Please refer to the Statement of Need for specifications. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY This Sources Sought is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. This Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue a future RFQ. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be solely at the interested party’s expense.
