AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this Amendment is to incorporate the revised Statement of Need, dated November 29, 2023. AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this Amendment is to change the response due date to December 16, 2023. The Contracting office needs additional time, in order to respond to contractors questions. This Request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP), or promise to use a future RFQ or a RFP. This request for informaion is to determine the availability of the product in the commercial market and determine if small businesses can meet all requirements in the Statement of Need (SON). (attached) RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in the response to the RFI.
