The 60th Inpatient Squadron (60 IPTS)/SGIC at Travis AFB requires two (2) HemoSphere ClearSight for non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring of critical parameters, including stroke volume (SV), stroke volume variation (SVV), cardiac output (CO), systemic vascular resistance (SVR), and mean arterial pressure (MAP). Continuous access to these pressure and flow parameters enables evaluation of hemodynamic instability and guides appropriate treatment. This upgrade replaces the four (4) EV1000s, which utilized ClearSight technology but have reached end of life and supplements the two existing HemoSphere machines currently in the ICU.
