Amendment 02 - 29-August-2024 The purpose of this Amendment is to add the questions and answers collected over the the RFQ period, provide pictures of a keypad and the inside of a control Control Panel/Box, and extend the response deadline. ??UPDATE?? Please review the attachments for the Q&A, a picture of access hardware, and a picture of the inside of a Control Panel. The closing date of this RFQ will be changed from 1200 (noon) on 30-August-2024 to noon on Wednesday, 4-September-2024 Amendment 01 - 20-August-2024 The purpose of this amendment is to announce the date and time for a Site Visit for the Entry Control Replacement requirement. ??UPDATE?? A Site Visit will be held at buildig P1 on Travis Air Force Base, CA on Monday, 26-Aug-24 at 0900. Please send an email to akeim.griffiths@us.af.mil and CC vitaliy.kim.1@us.af.mil by COB Friday, 23-Aug-24 with the Name, Number, and company affiliation for representatives attending the meeting. Please have representatives arrive by 0830 at the Travis AFB Visitor Center (Air Base Pkwy, Travis AFB, CA 94535), to get base access passes. They should have 2 forms of identification (a Real ID preferred). The 60th Communications Squadron at Travis AFB, CA. has a requirement for the replacement of the Entry Control System for building P1. The existing Entry Control System is inoperable and requires a new computer server and software. The Entry Control System is required to properly secure building P1 which is the facility for the Integrated Deployment and Readiness Cell (IDRC), Deployment Control Center (DCC), and Individual Protection Equipment (IPE).
