The 60th Medical Support... Amendment 1 The purpose of this amendment is to post the responses to contractor's questions. The 60th Medical Support Squadron (60 MDSS) at DGMC, Travis AFB, CA, has a requirement for Hemodialysis Equipment Maintenance/Repair Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the on-site maintenance and repair for all hemodialysis machines, central reverse osmosis equipment, central water purification system, and portable reverse osmosis machines with their associated carts at David Grant Medical Center, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is 1 Sept 2024 – 31 Aug 2027. Base Year plus two (2) Option Years. Please see attached Performance Work Statement for complete details and adhere to all requirements in the performance work statement. Late submissions after 15 August 2024 at 12:00 p.m. PDT will not be accepted. No questions will be accepted after 07 August 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
