The response due date has not changed. See attached document The 60 MXS/AFREP has a requirement for an Eclypse Automatic Wire Test Set (AWTS) Brand Name. This item is required for wire repair and troubleshooting. The C-5, C-17 and KC-10 rely on constrained supply systems for specific electrical and avionics components considered organic capabilities for other systems. The Automatic Wire Test Set is identified for use by Technical Order (TO) 1-1A-14 Installation and Repair Practices, Aircraft Electric and Electronic Wiring. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. See attached Combined/Solicitation
