The radius of the services outside of Travis AFB are to be no more than 35 miles. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non- personal services necessary to perform repair of the ATVs for the 60 SFS as defined in this Statement of Work except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
