This request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP), or promise to use as a future RFQ or RFP. This RFI is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses to provide the required products and/or services. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to the RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. The David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) at Travis, AFB, CA has a requirement for (10) workstation on wheels (WOW) for (5) different hospital departments to hold the Barcode Medication Admirative Systems used to administer patient medications. This is a brand name or equal requirement and is the only cart that can fit the dimensions of the existing barcode system, laptop, and other accessories all while being able to maneuver in each patient room without causing obstructions. This Ergotron Styleview EMR cart and barcode systems are being standardized for David Grant Medical Center. 1. The dimensions that need to fit on the cart are as follows for the scanner systems and laptop. CS6080-HC Scanner Presentation Cradle: .9" H x 1.8" W x 4.3" D / 2.3 cm H x 4.6 cm W x 10.9 cm D Presentation Cradle: 3.5" H x 2.1" W x 2.4" D / 9.0 cm H x 5.3 cm W x 6.1 cm D Laptop 13" x 8" 2. This request is solely for the cart itself with no other equipment/accessories required. David Grant Medical Center has available laptop to supply each Workstation on Wheel system. 3. No installation necessary. 4. Equipment servicing will be handled by David Grant Respondents are requested to provide the following information: Business Name and Address Name of company representative and their business title Business Size and Type of Small Business (if applicable) CAGE code UEI Number Vendor must provide and/or demonstrate the ability to satisfy all the requirements listed above or in the Statement of Need. Vendor must also demonstrate the ability to satisfy the delivery timeline. Encourage vendor to provide a photo of the product being offered.
