The Contractor shall perform Annual Maintenance Service for Megastar/REMSTAR/KARDEX "MegaLift"/”MegaStation”/”MegaMat”, at Travis Air Force Base, California in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) with a focus on safety and customer service. The Contractor shall have and maintain all licenses and certificates required to perform all work requirements in the PWS (par 4.6.1.). The Contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to efficiently and effectively accomplish PWS requirements in a timely manner that fosters pride and ownership in the work performed. The Contractor shall, except as specified in the PWS as Government furnished property or services, provide everything needed to perform Annual Maintenance Service for Megastar/REMSTAR/KARDEX "MegaLift"/”MegaStation”/”MegaMat” at Travis Air Force Base (TAFB) as defined in the PWS. Annual Maintenance Service for Megastar/REMSTAR/KARDEX "MegaLift"/”MegaStation”/”MegaMat” will be performed at Travis AFB, CA.
