Travis AFB is sourcing the industry for a non-personnal services contract to support David Grant Medical Center’s (DGMC) Radiation Oncology Department. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing these services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide on-site Radiation Oncology specific support services to include Therapeutic Medical Physics and Certified Medical Dosimetry. The Contractor shall possess the skills, knowledge, abilities, and training to satisfactorily perform the service requirements included in this PWS. Contractor performing work in support of services shall be fully trained in all aspects of the work to be performed. Private sector personnel performing work under this PWS shall remain employees of the Contractor and shall not be considered employees of the government. See PWS for more details.
