This is a non-personal services contract to provide Software Maintenance Agreement for the Plexus Asset Management System. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform software maintenance on the Plexus Asset Management System as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and maintain the system in accordance with OEM specifications.
