The 60th Contracting Squadron (60 CONS) at Travis AFB, CA is seeking potential sources to provide the Blood Bank Analyzer and reagents at David Grant Medical Center with all management, tools, parts materials, equipment, travel, and labor necessary to install the instrumentation described in the attached Performance Work Statement for David Grant Medical Center Travis AFB. The device and all associated components MUST be included in the Authorization to Operate (ATO) accreditation boundary. Please see attached Performance Work Statement for details. THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY This Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a Request for Proposal (RFP), or promise to use a future RFQ or a RFP. This RFI is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone Firms; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. Respondents are requested to provide the following information: Business name and address Name of company representative and their business title Business Size and Type of Small Business (if applicable) Cage Code DUNS Number Brief capabilities package demonstrating ability to satisfy the requirement Approved Authority to Operate (ATO) or proof of application for ATO Input on current PWS. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted by e-mail to the Contract Specialist Erika Scofield via email no later than 18 Nov 2022 at 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Vendors who wish to respond to this RFI should send responses via email no later than 30 Nov 2022 by 4:30:00 PM Pacific Time to Erika.Scofield.3@us.af.mil. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY to identify sources that can provide the required services as stated in the attached Performance Work Statement for David Grant Medical Center at Travis AFB. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and not binding on the Government. Travis AFB has not made a commitment to procure any of the items discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
