This will include a power scrapper, fastrack, and utilize existing utilities. If additional electrical or plumbing is required then the vendor needs to add them to their quote. We invite offerors for site visit to ensure the quotes are accurately based on demo of existing, assembly/installation of new equipment, and it would provide offerors with the on site look at the utilities/duct work. The removed equipment will be turned in to logistics/MEMO. The offeror will require a floor to ceiling barrier and an air scrubber. Unless determined otherwise, the vendor will provide the following: 1.Conduct training to dining facility staff 2.Dishwasher (Energy Efficient) 2.1 Dishwasher is to be a conveyor type. We are asking for the Hobart Model CLPS86EN-EGR+BUILDUP or equivalent 2.2 Should include a Fastrack, Aeroworks Model FASTTRACK CONVEYOR or equivalent 2.3 Contain a power scrapper and blower dryer 2.4 Utilize existing utilities which are 480V Three Phase 60 Amp Breaker. If changes are required please add them to your quote 2.5 Installation should include removal of existing dishwasher.
