AMENDMENT 1 The purpose of this Amendment is to Include the Revised Statement of Need dated 13 June 2023 and post the responses to contractor's questions. The Government will not accept any further questions after 4:30pm (PST) 16 June 2023. The David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) has a requirement for an commercial off the shelf Appointment Scheduling Application subscription with a built-in maintenance agreement. The Appointment Scheduling Application subscription must meet the Laboratory & Pathology clinic needs to schedule and track patients’ appointments and allow patients to make an appointment from any on-line mobile devices. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
