The propose of this amendment is to incorporate the revised statement of need which requires the first year as indicated in the statement of need dated 02 February 2023. The David Grant Medical Center (DGMC) has a requirement for The PeriFlux 6000 Combined System. The PeriFlux 6000 is used to measure the amount of oxygen getting to the patient wounds. This machine will be used for patients with peripheral arterial disease and have wounds on their lower extremities. The machine prints out a report for the physician with vital patients' data that guides clinical and surgical decision making. This a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Aquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Governemnt will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. See attached RFQ.
