AMENDMENT 1 The purpose for this amendment is to incorporate the revised PWS dated 26 Sept 22, post answers to vendor's questions, and change the response due date from 29 Sept 22 to 30 Sept 22. See attachments. The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for Cell Saver Services. Services include providing Cell Saver operations services only. DGMC will provide both the cell saver equipment and the necessary disposable products for cell saver operation. The contractor shall perform all requirements to the standards in this contract. This a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Additionally, the Government will utilize simplified procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06, 26 May 2022.
