All work shall conform to specifications outlined in the contract, the line item task listing description, and in accordance with (IAW) the Traffic Engineering for Better Signs and Markings SDDCTEA Pamphlet 55-14, the UFC 3-120-01 Design (Sign standard), UFGS 09 90 00, (Paints and coatings), the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and California MUTCD standards.
