The Contractor shall be responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to renovate building 239, including HVAC upgrades and relocation work, repurposing of interior rooms, new stud walls, floor and wall finishes, ceilings, doors, electrical, communication systems, constructing outside mechanical HVAC enclosure to accommodate new equipment. A&E designs will be provided by the 60th Contracting Squadron.
