The Contractor shall be responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to renovate building 350, including HVAC upgrades, upgrading bathrooms, replacing existing water heater, upgrading electrical, constructing outside mechanical HVAC concrete pads and relocation of a flagpole. A&E designs will be provided by the 60th Contracting Squadron.
