This is a presolicitation notice to give industry early notification of a solicitation that will be posted after 21 February 2020. The scope of this project is to provide Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing systems to supplement the existing fire protection systems in the server rooms of two facilities on Travis AFB CA. A&E designs will be provided by the 60th Contracting Squadron to all interested parties to show all requirements the proposals must meet. The acquisition will have a construction magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The 60th Contracting Squadron will be interested in any form of small business that is interested in performing the project. The Contractor shall be responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the task to renovate the fire suppression system in the server room area of building 54 to comply with Air Force Engineering Technical Letter (ETL) 01-18 The existing server room located in building 54 is currently protected with a conventional wet pipe automatic fire protection system. This system will remain active as required by ETL 01-18. The scope of this project is to provide a Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing system to supplement the existing fire protection system. Contractor shall make these renovations to the facility in compliance with the completed design documents. The Contractor shall be responsible for all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete the task to renovate the fire suppression system in the server room area of building 243, Bay A to comply with Air Force Engineering Technical Letter (ETL) 01-18. The existing server room located in building 243, Bay A is currently protected with a conventional wet pipe automatic fire protection system. This system will remain active as required by ETL 01-18. The scope of this project is to provide a Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing system to supplement the existing fire protection system Contractor shall make these renovations to the facility in compliance with the completed design documents.
