The Government is currently working on responding to 91 Request For Information (RFI's). Once completed all 91 contractor questions and the Government answers will be posted to beta.sam. The Government will ensure that the RFI's are posted at least 7 business days prior to the solicitation response date to allow adequate time for contractor to prepare and submit their propsoals. If the RFI's are posted less than 7 business days prior to the solicitation response date then the solicitation response date shall be extended to meet the 7 business day timeframe. The contractor is to provide all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor necessary to renovate the first floor office restrooms, the customer service office, and the warehouse restrooms within building 977 per Tran Systems Final Design Submittals (See 2a,2b and 2c). These renovations include the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services necessary to provide the code-compliant spaces required by the Scope of Work (SOW) suitable for supporting the current mission. These renovations focus primarily on upgrading the user comfort within these spaces, including finishes and temperature control, and ensuring that the renovated spaces meet all applicable criteria. The SOW also includes specific measures to improve the thermal comfort and safety of personnel working with the warehouse area of the freight terminal, as well as Shop 112.
