TRAVIS AFB, CAAircraft Corrosion Control ServicePre-Solicitation Notice Wording Travis AFB, CA intends to procure the service for Aircraft Corrosion Control Service. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, vehicles, and other items and services necessary to perform aircraft corrosion control services at TAFB, except for those facilities, equipment, and property identified as Government-furnished. The contractor will also comply with all federal, state, and local laws; executive orders; rules and regulations applicable to its performance under this contract to include Bay Area Air Quality Management District and Fairfield Suisun Sewer District regulations. Period of performance is 01April 2020 - 31 March 2021 with four option years. Complete details of Aircraft Corrosion Control Services, and the performance work statement (PWS) will be included in the request for proposal (RFP). This requisition is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Classification System (NAICS) is 488190 and the related size standard is $30.0 million. Award shall be made based upon the best value to the government in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items. The government reserves the right to award a contract without discussions. The solicitation will be made available on or after 25 Nov 2019. This date is an estimate and subject to change without notice. The solicitation package will be posted on http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to maintain, inspect, repair and upgrade the Automatic Doors at Travis Air Force Base, California, in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable operation and in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
