The contractor shall provide all parts, tools, equipment, supplies, labor, and transportation necessary in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) in a responsible, cost efficient, environmentally friendly manner. Contractor shall commence work within 15 days of contract award. Services shall include: pressure washing exterior walls and foundation of buildings 924/925 and cleaning all exterior windows of building 381. All services shall be performed by licensed technicians certified in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations relating to building cleaning and equipment handling. Amendment 1: The purpose of Amendment 1 is to: a. Upload all the questions and answers previously provided. b. All other terms and conditions remain the same. NOTE** As of 13 August 2020, all contractors shall fill out attachment 52.204-25 and submit with quote. Failure to fill out/sign with quote could result in a determination of technical unacceptability.
