The specific model that meets all required features is the ELI380. The vendor must provide machines with capability/licensing to interface with 60 MDG's cardiology Picture Archive Communications System (PACS) as well as the Authority to Operate (ATO) on the new DoD/Defense Health Agency (DHA) MHS Genesis electronic medical records system. Sole Source Justification in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 is attached.
