The contractor (KTR) shall provide all designs, labor, materials, and supervision to renovate all three guard shacks, Main Gate (Bldg 600), Hospital Gate (Bldg 782), and North Gate (Bldg 8993) to meet the minimum ballistic resistance requirements in accordance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 4-020-01, DoD Security Engineering Facilities Planning Manual, UFC 4-022-01, Entry Control Facilities Access Control Points, and UFC 4-023-07, Design to Resist Direct Fire Weapons Effects, equivalent to Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 752 Level III.
