The 60th Contracting Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, CA intend to establish a single source contract with Biosense Webster Inc., 33 Technology Dr., Irvine, CA, 92618-2346, for ablation supplies. The authority permitting the acquisition of this requirement by only one source reasonably available is in accordance with FAR 13.106(b) Soliciting from a single source. This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract. It is published for informational purposes only and not as a request for competitive quotations. Therefore, no solicitation document exists for this requirement. No responses to the notice of intent to sole source are anticipated, however, all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions/comments regarding this notice shall be addressed in writing via email and received no later than 1:00 P.M. local time, 18 June 2019.
