Travis Proving Grounds: Demonstrating the Capabilities to enable Victory In the context of international competition between states, the 60th Air Mobility supports the Department of Defense (DoD) and allied partners in maintaining the world order through rapid, reliable airlift of American fighting forces anywhere on earth in support of national objectives and to extend the reach of American and allied air power through mid-air refueling.
