On 14 August 2025, updates were made to the Combined Synopsis Solicitation attachment and Attachment 6 Questions and Answers were added. All quotes shall be submitted via email to the points of contact below by 20 August 2025 at 430 CST. Please be sure to use the updated documents when preparing quotes. On 13 August 2025, this solicitation was amended to be a brand name or equal purchase for Snap-On Toolbox kits IAW FAR 52.211-6 and the individual tools included in the kits. The Combo was amended to reflect the change to a brand name or equal purchase. An attachment was added that has the item number and description of all tools in the kits that meet the salient characteristics provided and are included as an evaluation factor for award. Clause 52.211-6 has been included in the amended provisions and clauses attachment.. On 8 August 2025, updates were made to the Combined Synopsis Solicitation attachment. An optional CLIN for up to 13 additional Toolbox Kits were added. Clause 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity-Separately Priced Line Item was added to the clauses section. The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is posting a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the acquisition of 5 Toolbox Kits for Altus AFB and an optional CLIN 0002 to purchase up to 13 additional Toolbox Kits with the same salient characteristics. CLIN 0002 is an optional CLIN where funds are not presently available. No award will be made under this CLIN until funds are available. Funding can be added until 30 September 2025, for any quantity, up to 13 additional toolbox kits. All questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 13 August 2025, 1630 CST (4:30 PM CST). This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332510. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. It is recommended to register immediately to be eligible for award.
