This amendment is to include the answer to the RFI that was submitted. The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for Fiber Connectivity to a modular facility (LMERWS) at Ebbing ANGB, Fort Smith, AK. This service will include the purchase and installation of 24 strands SMF from Building 182 to the LMERWS control panel - an estimated distance of 850ft. Please see attachments for more information. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below point of contact by 4 September 2024 at 2:00 PM CST. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of proposals. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a Unique Entity ID Number. The government recommends contractors register immediately to be eligible for a timely award.
