This is a brand name or equal requirement IAW FAR 52.211-6. The preferred product is L3 Harris TranSim commercial driving simulator, but a product that meets the salient characteristics listed in Section 3 of Attachment 1 - PWS, will also be considered technically acceptable. The awardee of the contract resulting from this solicitation must also adhere to all other requirements listed in the PWS.
