No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.” The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for On-Call Emergency Spill Response Services. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, and materials to respond to Altus within five hours of notification if heavy duty equipment (e.g. a vacuum truck) is required. The contractor shall respond to other spills within four hours of notification. The contractor shall ensure that there is someone available to initiate spill response activities at all times. See attached Performance Work Statement for more information. Sources interested in responding to this notice should submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Capability statements are due no later than 27 February 2024 by 1:00 PM CST.
