In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.” The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of four High Volume Low Speed (HVLS) Fans and Installation Services. Requesting to purchase & install two HVLS Fans for building 514 and purchase & install two HVLS Fans for building 518 at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. A site visit is scheduled for 2 August 2023 at 2:00 PM CST. Attendees must respond no later than 1 August 2023 to attend the site visit. Please see Attachment 6 - Site Visit Instructions for full details. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 7 August 2023 at 1:00 PM CST. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of proposals. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award.
