This amendment also updates the following: Current Questions and Answers Combined Synopsis Solicitation Update Site Visit Instructions Washers Dryers PWS Rev 2 - 19 Jan 2023 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Washer and Dryer Leasing Services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 25 January 2023 at 1:00 PM CST. The Contractor shall provided non-personal services to furnish and maintain rental/leased washers and dryers for dorm residents, the Fitness Center and NAF Billeting. The Contractor shall supply all equipment, parts, labor, tools, supplies, materials and management necessary to install, hook-up, provide preventive maintenance and repair of the equipment to ensure continuous safe operation during the life of the contract. The Contractor shall provide NEW connection hoses and fittings for each building, for them water supply, drains, gas connection and ventilation to connect to the government owned utility service connection points. This requirement will begin on 01 May 2023 and will have a 12-month base period with the possibility of four (4) 12-month option periods. This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 532490. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of proposals. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in SAM prior to submission of their quote may render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a Unique Entity ID Number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
