The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Big Fan Preventative Maintenance services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Services provided must include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision and other items necessary to ensure that the household goods of PCSing members be stored, protected, and delivered correctly and safely in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement and Pricing Schedule. This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333413. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
