In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.” The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Oil Water Separator and Grease Trap Cleaning services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 19 August 2022 at 4:00PM CST. This contract is for non-personal services to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, mobilization, demobilization, equipment, tools, materials, confined space entry if applicable, PPE, vehicles and supplies necessary to perform the inspection, cleaning of oil water separators (OWS) and proper disposal of all solid and liquid waste for OWS at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. The Contractor shall also provide pumping and cleaning services for mud traps and food grease traps on Altus AFB. Work shall comply with commercial and industry standards, all applicable laws, regulations and guidance documents for the proper operation and maintenance of oil water separators. This requirement will begin on 01 October 2022 and will have a 12-month base period with the possibility of four (4) 12-month option periods. This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562119. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of proposals. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award.
