Services provided must include all plant facilities, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and services (except as provided as Government-Furnished Property or Government Furnished Equipment) necessary to perform Laundry and Dry Cleaning services for Altus AFB in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement and Pricing Schedule. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contact by 12 August 2022 at 1000 CST (10:00AM CST). This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 812320. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). Please register immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. The Contractor must perform all inspection, testing and maintenance in accordance with T.O. 13F4-4-121.
