Altus AFB, Oklahoma has a requirement for: 1,500 Gallons of Aircraft Cleaning Compound, MIL-PFR-87937, type IV, in concentrate (neat) delivered by tanker truck equipped with pump and hosework to dispense compound into local storage tanks. Quote must include shipping FOB Destination. Manufacturers must be on the Air Force Qualified Products List (QPL-87937). Please provide the specifications of each item for technical acceptance review. Any quotes received from manufacturers not on the Qualified Products List (QPL-87937) will not be considered for award. Please see the Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Attachments (1-5) before submitting a proposal. All questions are due to the primary POC no later than COB 06/17/2021.
