The contractor shall provide 97 CES/CEF all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, personal protective clothing and equipment, materials, transportation and any other incidentals necessary to travel to Altus AFB, OK to perform the on-site testing of Wheeled 150lb Halon Extinguishers. The Contractor must perform all inspection, testing and maintenance IAW T.O. 13F4-4-121. a. Perform annual inspection, testing and maintenance of 48 – 150lb Halon Extinguishers IAW T.O. 13F4-4-121. b. Perform 12 year maintenance and inspection of 27 – 150lb Halon Extinguishers. c. Make any needed repairs of 150lb Halon Extinguishers (up to 75) to ensure compliance of T.O. 13F4-4-121. i. Contractor must first provide 97 Contracting Flight (Contracting Officer) and 97 CES/CEF representative a quote that includes the cost of but not limited to parts, repairs, tools, etc, needed to bring to compliance outside items a.-c. above prior to completing the work. Note: Item i. above is needed in the event more funds are necessary to complete required work to maintain compliance. d. Provide proof of inspection, testing and maintenance as outlined in T.O. 13F4-4-121 for all extinguishers.
