Butler Parachute Systems, Inc. are the only source that has the acquired the "Safe to Fly" Memorandum from Human Systems Division, AFLCMC/WNUK at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the LPP. Additionally a class justification was also published by AFLCMC regarding these parachutes. This justification extends until 2023. This is NOT a request for quote.
